Meet the plaintiffs who are taking legal action to enforce climate protection

Three families, together with Greenpeace Germany, are filing a complaint against the German federal government with the Berlin administrative court concerning climate pro-tection arguing encroachment of their fundamental rights as provided in the German Constitution (Articles 2, 12 and 14 of the German Grundgesetz).
